Many people were startled months ago when news of Nollywood actor Stanley Okoro’s unexpected demise first surfaced because he had recently wrapped up a movie shoot in Enugu State. Apparently, the actor who traveled from Enugu to Asaba to film another movie passed away from poison. The late actor reportedly had a food fixation and frequently overindulged. His most recent Instagram post supported our conclusions. He posted it after finishing his meal. “My brother chop,” he said, “if the money wey you get can’t solve your problem.”
According to reports, the star had travel plans for a different movie shoot before the terrible incident. After returning to his home in Owerri, Imo state, it was reported that Stanley began to feel the effects of the poison a few days later. He was ill and started to throw up black liquid. The comedic actor complained of a scorching chest as he was going to the bathroom and then passed out. He was transported to the hospital by concerned friends and neighbors, but he passed away soon after.
